Francia is quiet, cuddly, and very much in need of the dedicated love of a family of her own. She is able to express herself logically and clearly. Her family comes from Okai, so she is far from all that she has ever known. Francia is obedient and easy to manage. She plays well with other little girls and is respectful of adults. She is able to form good attachments to her new caregivers. Although she is not at all pushy or demanding, Francia wants desperately to be held and hugged and fussed over.

Francia would thrive in any family with love to give a sweet tempered, pleasant small girl. We'd love to place her with older siblings to participate in the important and delightful job of giving Francia all the affection and security she deserves.
